  1. Choose a side depending on the condition and size of injury.
  2. Take splint out from its aluminium packing and soak splint in room temperature water for 5-10 seconds then roll and squeeze it.
  3. Put splint on a towel, roll it to remove excessive water and to strengthen the adhesion between layers.
  4. Put thick surface without SOS Plus logo of splint on the affected part and put an elastic bandage to fix splint.
